Louie Crandall II is an Anchorage native and All Star Realty's broker-owner. The decisions that need a licensed broker — an eviction, a disputed deposit, an owner weighing whether to sell — reach him directly rather than a ticket queue. He put the firm's operating principles in writing so the standard holds whether or not he is in the room.

Our History

Operating in Alaska Since 1987

All Star Realty opened its doors in Anchorage in 1987. The same broker has held the license throughout — through Alaska's oil cycles, military rotations at JBER, and every winter since.

The firm is locally operated from a single Eagle River office. Property owners we placed tenants for in the early years are now sending their children to us. Tenants who rented their first Anchorage apartment from us have come back as homeowners.

Continuity matters in property management — the same broker, the same team, the same office on Business Boulevard in Eagle River.
